I feel that push pull a lot right now. We are searching for a home to buy and it's a lot of waiting and then rushing action and stress. I try to sit in the moments of silence that arrive but my thoughts flutter like the birds you mentioned trying to find a place to make their nests. That's my soul, seeking purchase of a place to belong, to settle in and for now, it just takes brief moments of respite to gather energy before fluttering off again.
